Day to day tasks of this role:
This is a full-time Sales Manager position you will
Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales strategy in the region.
Developing and implementing sales plans
Managing sales teams
Building relationships with key accounts
Analyzing market trends.
Job Qualifications:
5-7 years of sales experience with a focus on key account management and business development in a NVOCC Company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Experience in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industries
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to manage a sales team
Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, logistics, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
