Minimum of four years of relevant experience and at least two full lifecycle implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations and AX 2012 with a focus in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Deep business and application expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations/AX Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics) functionality including procurement and sourcing, sales order, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and master planning. Cross-functional knowledge of two or more D365/AX modules and functional capabilities in Manufacturing, Finance, Project Costing, Service Management, HR/Payroll, Analytics, or Retail. Knowledge of other D365/AX key functional areas including Talent, Customer Engagement (CRM), and machine learning is a plus. Has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of D365/AX in a Consulting role. Understanding of Life Cycle Services, Microsoft Sure Step and Microsoft trends and specific best practices is a must. Current certification a plus (D365 Financial Management and others), or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment. Strong advisory and presentation skills
