About this job opportunity:
Day to day tasks of this role:
Develop comprehensive transformation strategy with cross-functional teams, ensuring the supply chain aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, driving transformation in a highly complex, organization.
Establish KPI's and measurement systems, tracking progress and efficacy of projects and continued operations.
Provide insights and analysis support to leaders to help them make critical decisions and identify areas of opportunity
Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities, perform data analysis to determine ROI and lead initiatives to realize improvements.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, automation solutions, and digital tools including maximizing current systems and technologies
Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and implement strategies to optimize spend while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with key suppliers.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and ethical practices.
Build, develop and coach a high-performing supply chain teams.
Job Qualifications:
You can develop a high-performing organization, mentor, coach and enable team members to success in their roles.
Experience managing multi-year Supply Chain & Procurement transformational programs and budgets.
You have xperience in fast-paced environments managing complex supply chains, planning, procurement, delivery, inventory, logistics, manufacturing transitions, and the full order to cash cycle.
You have the knowledge of supply chain technologies; ERP systems, demand forecasting tools, and data analytics.
Strong project management skills and experience with transformation project methodologies
Understanding of global supply chain trends, regulations, and best practices.
Minimal Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
