The Compliance Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and administration of the Bank’s Credit Card Consumer Compliance Program. This includes developing, modifying, and completing various audit programs assessing the Bank’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The audits not only focus on the adherence to the regulatory requirements but also assess the identification of compliance risks, establishment and implementation of mitigating controls, and control design effectiveness.

The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day customer service and technology support management of assigned customers. You will use your SaaS support experience to solve customer issues, assist the customers with system configuration, and provide value-added customer support.

As a Customer Success Manager you will be a trusted advisor to build relationships with customers and help them navigate from onboarding through renewal. You will focus on driving adoption comprehension, resolving complex customer-related software issues, and utilization of our client's products and services.

The primary role of the Account Executive is to increase market share of existing client base to maximize yield as well as expanding their sales portfolio through the solicitation and capture of new accounts. The incumbent sells the full menu of logistics from all divisions.
